1. Designed and executed the 360º strategy for 5 Coty Brands (inc: Gucci, Burberry and Calvin Klein) in Colombia, resulting in sales of 2Mio+ USD for FY23 with a 96% business growth versus the previous year and 53% growth above the category trend.
2. Managed the most relevant wholesale clients, guaranteeing optimized product range buying, and guaranteeing 100% coverage of icons, giftsets and promotional lines. 3.Increased profitability by aligning the promotion strategy of all brands to global guidelines, reducing the share of promo lines by up to 30% in the Premium portfolio. 4. Aligned retail buying and portfolio assortment to regional priorities, achieving a full product coverage, eliminating discontinued stocks and ensuring a 2-year full pipeline. 5. Planned and executed 14 disruptive product launches in Colombia, including all the production of assets, training of personnel and follow up of seasonal budgets, achieving up to 404% YOY sales growth (Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmin).
6. Conducted the first TV appearance of the Gucci in Colombia, by leading negotiations with local media agencies. Awarded Best Launch in LATAM by Coty.
7. Designed 3-year plans for the brands in collaboration with the regional Marketing, and Sales teams in Mexico, USA and Chile.
8. Trained and supervised a team of 40 sales advisors in all product-related aspects.
9. Led the opening of a new channel: Faces, by Chalhoub group for all COTY brands, securing top-notch spaces for Gucci, Burberry and Calvin Klein in their 2 flagship stores. 10. Led a team of two direct reports: one Brand Analyst and one Brand Ambassador
