Jan. 2013 - Sep. 2016- LAN and WAN technologies: STP, MSTP, Vlan implementation, Switched network security, Ether channels, MPLS, VPN, DHCP, QoS, and routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. - Troubleshooting issues with H3c and Cisco devices and firewalls. - Ensure network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with minimum downtime. - Troubleshooting Network incidents and resolve problems on time. - Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology , understands complex infrastructures and clarifies customer need - Strictly follows Move to Production process including to check that tools and documentation are up to date. - Perform investigation on new technology, help inbound project managers and other support team to introduce new technology, capacity planning. - Troubleshooting a broad range of network technologies.
