During my last 10 months in this position is was working in the Gold Command base for Covid, i was the Senior Administrator in the Emergency Control Room ensuring Gold meetings were running smoothly, picking up daily changes in IPC guidance and government restrictions, helping with daily returns, I continued to work through the first wave of Covid and was present on site each day. Circulated activity, waiting list and contract monitoring reports as required.
Authorised requisitions and sign off time sheets (including medical staff) where delegated to do so. Ensured that all medical staff attends induction, co-ordinating leave requests and locum cover, recording annual leave study leave and supporting in the distribution of the weekly weekend planning.
Supported the directorate team in developing and implementing the service improvement agenda, in line with QIP and patient experience, corporate and directorate targets and national quality targets. Supported the Directorate team with respect to specific service improvements projects. Actively purpose and implement service improvements and developments where appropriate. Worked with the Clinical Director and the associate directors to implement the engagement plan.
