Secondary Responsibilities • IT Asset Register Maintenance (Changes in Asset register). • Backup Support for Global IT on Local Firewall Setup • Backup Support for Global IT on Local Core-Switch • Backup Support for Global ISM in RSA - When the need arises, Remotely Support Global ISM at other Locations. • Backup Support for Global IT on WAN. • Installation, Setup and Maintenance of IT Hardware • Installation, Setup and Maintenance of IT Software • Support & Assist Global Applications specialists. • Support & Assist Payroll Department on systems and infrastructure. • Support & Assist Security Department on systems and infrastructure. Ad hoc Responsibilities • Investigate current and future IT trends, Technological advancements, and improvements. • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. • Conduct IT Asset Audit Periodically
