I worked primarily in Epcot, spending the majority of my program in the Italy Pavillion as a Merchandise Cast Member and Merchandise Trainer. I taught fellow cast members how to properly operate the register systems, how to work the bar, and how to make magic for all guests. After 10 months in the Italy Pavillion, I moved to the role of an Attractions Cast Member in the Mexico Pavillion. While all roles at Disney focus on the importance of safety, operating the heavy machinery that comes with attractions increases the awareness of safety and the importance of a focused work ethic.
