During the opportunity to be a Technical Leader, I had the opportunity of learning about team management, conducting 1-on-1s, conducting technical interviews, approaching the business teams to know better about the projects, and not only being concerned about tools and languages, solving the right problems and shifting strategies to do so, and also work as a developer, system designer, cloud engineer and quality assurance analist. Also, in this Techlead position, I was able do idealize and co-create an AI solution named Crudify. It uses mechanisms of StackSpot AI, a product from Zup Innovation, to generate CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) APIs in Java, using DDD (Domain Driven Design) concepts, Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID principles and some design patterns as Builders, Mappers and Decorators, based on the DDL (Data Definition Language) of a given business domain.
