Facilitated roll-out of global BELONG survey across all markets to guage employee engagement.
Strategy lead for reset framework of six Business Resource Groups, including Asian Voices, Black Employee Network, Kareem, LGBTQ+, Somos and Woman/UP. Support culture at R/GA with cultural observances such as Asian Heritage Month, Black History Month and Pride. Instrumental in writing strategy and statements for all formal holidays and observances and in issuing formal company-wide communications. Oversee Culture & Operations budget, including annual programming and operations costs. Develop DEI thought leadership with monthly articles shared with Medium and R/GA social.
