Jan. 2008 - May. 2009The NZ Guardian Trust Company is a Statutory Trustee company with office around New Zealand. I worked in this role full-time from January 2008 - February 2009 and reduced my hours when I returned to university in March 2009. My role was dis-established in May 2009 during the company restructure. My tasks ranged from general reception duties including answering the phones, attending to the morning and afternoon mail, stationery orders and greeting clients, to drafting wills, managing diaries, organising events and meetings, dictaphone typing and the general day to day running of the office.
My role involved a lot of client contact both on the phone and in person. I assisted our HR department in Auckland in organising meetings and interviews. I also worked with all the staff in our branch including the General Manager for PCS New Zealand, our legal team, our corporate team and our branch team of trust managers and financial advisors.
