By representing clients at mediation or disciplinary proceedings, and being exposed to working within a unionised environment, I have demonstrated my qualifications in resolving disputes and negotiating the best course of action for my clients. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills have allowed me to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships throughout my career. In addition to working as a Employment Relations Specialist, I have held positions in sales and customer service support that refined my customer relations and staff mentoring capabilities.
