I participate in game brainstorms and planning meetings, then I work with my own team as well as with other AG departments and non-AG developers to keep all the pieces of the projects in motion. There’s a lot of simultaneous work that is in various stages for various projects, so I do what I can to keep the gears turning - whether it’s keeping organized schedules, holding meetings, planning ahead, or helping create the content itself. Maintaining open channels of communication and facilitating clear and achievable goals for all parties while meeting deadlines is a big part of my job. What I enjoy about my job is that it pushes me to learn and allows me to share what I have learned with others. I thrive on intellectual and creative challenges alongside taking pride in developing programs, workflows, and coordinating people and resources to achieve common goals. I value the importance of clear communication, thoughtful planning and researching, and above all, flexibility and open-mindedness. Playing the online games and apps isn't too bad, either!
