○ Result: Drove a 600% order volume growth in 10 months and 800k orders/month at peak (HU).
Successfully migrated Netpincer’s e-commerce platform to Delivery Hero’s centralized infrastructure, overseeing transitions for 4M+ users, partner integrations, and cut-over processes within a €4.6M budget. Post migration I took over the product backlog and led the team of 9 for further product enhancements.
○ Result: Ensured on-time delivery with zero downtime and 0.2% customer satisfaction impact.
Led a greenfield implementation of Salesforce CRM, covering critical product elements such as lead management, customer database design, opportunity tracking, and billing - ensuring full alignment with business needs and compliance requirements. Managed the end-to-end implementation of Sales and Service (SF) modules, from requirements and design to execution and post-go-live support.
Delivered comprehensive training sessions for internal users across departments.
○ Result: Achieved a 40% reduction in billing complexities and a 12% decrease in operational costs.
Directed the migration and integration of major POS (Lightspeed, Micros) systems for high-volume partners across Europe, including McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, and Vapiano, achieving seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
