• Implemented catering procedures and menus to provide exceptional product and selection to the client daily. Ensuring food safety procedures are being maintained and followed.
• Ensure smooth running of onsite café, including budget maintenance, procurement of new product, new talent selection, menu creation and marketing efforts to increase sales in the immediate area.
• Create and Implement job duties and procedures for concierge, cleaning, café, and security. • Assist Volvo employees in their meeting and conference organisation. Including room selection, room set up, catering and additional décor needs.
• Managing cleaning employees in both head office and dealership to ensure both cleanliness and stock is maintained and exceeding expectations of the Volvo Client.
• Daily coordination with the Real Estate Team to ensure smooth running of the office regarding facilities maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. Creating procedures to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.
• Assisting Spotless operations in all aspects over the Volvo contract in all locations nationally.
• Invoicing and Account management of all EOM activities including invoice reconciliation and PO maintenance for all Volvo account locations including Cleaning, Security, Catering, Café and FM.
