Apr. 2015 - Apr. 2022México• Plan, develop and strategize sales for Essential oil products through an +8.000 people network, including the new distributor onboarding process, trainings, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to boost sales and operational expansion.
• Own and drive budget management, including forecasting, creating monthly reports facilitating decision making.
• Attend clients and distributors queries promptly, providing accurate product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. • Establish and develop strategic relationships with clients to drive promotional plans (discounts, offers, events) to achieve sell out & buyback goals with a focus on achieving resource optimization and maximized profitability.
• Analyze market trends to forecast sales projections, identify opportunities and alliances for growth, making informed decisions. • Deliver sales trainings focused on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service to improve sales agents’ performance.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and effectively managing the conversion process from lead to sale.
• Develop social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Google), creating engaging content, scheduling regular posts, and utilizing analytics to optimize reach. • Create loyalty programs focused on promoting up-selling, by offering incentives, rewards, and exclusive benefits to increase customer retention and maximize sales revenue.
• Design and implement sales incentive programs to motivate and reward top-performing agents and teams. Achievements:
• Led a customer service app launch from scratch, providing full and fast response to clients, being the first network in Mexico to launch a personalized app, which helped bring forward one of our distributors as the Top Enroller nationwide. • Growing our membership network from 2,000 to over 8,000 in 3.5 years and presence in over 10 countries.
