Working full time 40 hours per week for CVS Minute Clinic
Duties involve taking calls while verifying HIPAA per Federal privacy laws from patients looking to set up appointments, assisting them with scheduling the test as well as assisting with setting up their MyChart accounts. I have also had training where I am able to give lab results verbally while notating the account stating that the results have been given.
Sending messages to the individual MinuteClinic locations when patients need additional assistance.
Utilize Athena for billing, updating insurance and dropping claims
Used Microsoft Teams for team communication, Outlook for email, OneDrive and SharePoint for any and all important pieces of information necessary to make assisting the callers easier.
Used Epic for Patient Support. Able to access medical charts, lab results as well as any and all correspondence for each patient for up to 15 years.
Quality check tickets for all agents within our MC team
Supporting Supervisor with additional leadership, assisting team members in chat as well as over Teams calls with any issue that may arise.
