We also offer Custom Mobile Apps (CMA) as well as Custom Web Portals through the recent M&A of SharpSchool. SchoolMessenger is currently the largest EdTech K12 communication platform, servicing small schools with 100 students to very large districts with 100K+ students. I was a Swiss Army Knife for Support Services at SchoolMessenger. Doing both Project Tech and Support duties with a certain gusto and joie de vivre. I learned the majority of my non-Engineering technical skills through my opportunity at SchoolMessenger, I am eternally grateful for the exposure. I highly recommend anyone looking to challenge themselves professionally to take a look at their positions. - Project management point of contact for client on-boarding, data architecture and data maintenance. - Configured client side database specific PHP scripts(SchoolMessenger Data Integration Module), ODBC connections for SQL/MySQL queries and custom data model reports to optimize client back-end structure and UI/UX. - Adjusted PHP INI files that parsed and formatted source data files into the desired output file structure. - Created batch files for scheduled tasks and generated upload keys to run Java Uploader for encrypted data transfer. - Closed 10-16 assigned projects on a week-to-week cycle. - Collaborated with various school and third party contractors; supporting over 100 possible databases. - Was responsible with setting up an appointment with relevant parties, formatted data via PHP scripts or Excel tools, maintained calendars on NetSuite, Outlook and OnContact. - Moderate expertise of Linux Command line for SFTP transfer for select number of School Districts with high volume secure transfer.

Audit client contract/service agreement for implementation and escalate to appropriate department for data integration with client SIS or supplemental upgrades. Configure local integration for low volume clients by creating a directory, setting the executable application and task scheduler for Integration department volume relief. Host webinars from New Client Group Trainings to more advanced SaaS features through Go-To-Training with the purpose of increasing system utilization thus resulting in contract renewal. Understanding my audience and scaling the verbiage and technicality based on individual preference.
