• Assume full responsibility for the day-to-day running/mgmt. of the office.
• Prepared invoices for customers according to Service Level Agreements and follow up.
• Reviewed and analyzed special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends, and briefing senior mgmt. Key Achievements:
• Designed/implemented and improved office policies by establishing standards and procedures: measuring results against standards, making necessary adjustments. designed following policies: documentation mgmt., travel, expense, company car, parking/garage, time-sheet, hardware and inventory, and office management.
• Updated backlog of invoices and expenses and established a new reporting tool in collaboration with the external accountant.
• Updated fleet mgmt. and established a new reporting tool with the leasing company.
