Oct. 2014 - Nov. 2015Irving, TexasAs a member of the Customer Success team I am directly responsible for the overall health of over 600 Avero Parent Accounts. As a product expert I mastered the product support side of Customer Success and moved to the Outreach team where I am responsible for securing renewal for the 600 Avero Parents I oversee. I work on the Up sell team to identify opportunities to up sell additional modules to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the Avero suite of products. I have had the opportunity to create and implement new training courses and train clients within the product on a daily basis. As the main source of content creation for the Avero Solution Center I am constantly identifying new areas for product knowledge articles, videos, and diagrams. I work everyday to ensure customers have an amazing experience using Avero and have the knowledge and product understanding to use the software to its full potential.
