Oct. 2020 - Oct. 2022Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaDuties: • Manage internal and external digital marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the operation teams • Manage day-to-day communications both internally and with the client • Communicate elements of the client’s brief to internal teams, and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy • Plan projects and supervise the execution of the various stages of execution (manage scope, support teams in preparing and delivering assets) • Prioritise among the production teams and handle conflicts of resources, time, and budget • Provide administrative support (Invoicing, tracking, reporting, etc.) • Coordinate and communicate performance reports • Provide tactical and strategic recommendations to client for continuous improvement • Manage, strategise, and present the entire Sales pitch process with prospective clients • Handle presales related task (negotiation, quotation, follow-up, onboarding, etc.)
