I’m a professional with 20 years of experience in customer service and client relations, developed through roles in sales and customer-focused environments across various companies. My strength lies in creating calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication, both in-person and online. Over the past 10 years, I’ve gradually shifted toward the wellness field, driven by a personal passion for movement, holistic health, and emotional balance. For the last 3 years, I’ve been actively building my path as a wellness practitioner: - Degree in Exercise and Movement Sciences - Certified Personal Trainer - Currently training as a Yin Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher - Passionate about mindful living, nature, and the spiritual dimension of well-being I’m a native Italian speaker, fluent in English (I’ve been living abroad for 10 years). I’m currently looking for a side project or part-time opportunity in the wellness field, to progressively transition from my previous professional background into a more aligned, holistic direction. I bring together deep experience in human connection with a growing foundation in wellness practices, offering both reliability and sensitivity.
