Delegation and time management played a heavy role into why my team worked so well together. We
carried a heavy workload with just a team of three, handling anywhere 15-20 clients per week totaling $7k.
Creating a troubleshoot handbook to resolve some of the repeated issues the team was experiencing when it
came to software errors, ‘how to’ guides for machinery, and login information to various shared accounts.
Approve the quality of work before it is given to clients. Ensure that what we produce meets the company’s
standards.
Manage the training/onboarding of new employees on the proper protocols for daily workflow. Acting as the
first point of contact for any issues or concerns my teammates are dealing with.
