I'm Kyle, a computer science graduate and an animation student at the University of Technology (UTech), currently taking the Principles of Animation module. My journey started in software testing and customer service, but I’ve always had a deeper pull toward creativity, expression, and storytelling—so I made the shift into animation. Technically, I’m comfortable with programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, SQL, and MongoDB. That background helps me approach animation with a logical and structured mindset, especially when it comes to timing, movement, and digital tool workflows. Even though I’m still developing my animation skills, I bring a strong sense of discipline and curiosity to the process. I’ve done a little animation work—just enough to know this is something I want to grow in. I'm learning the fundamentals, experimenting with motion and character work, and building up my creative confidence. I don’t have a polished portfolio or a showcase film (yet), but I’m committed to getting there one frame at a time. My strengths lie in how deeply I feel things, how I connect with ideas beyond the surface, and how I bring those elements into my work—spirit-hearted, feelings-bodied, magic-strengthened. I may be early in the animation chapter of my story, but I’m here with open hands, an open mind, and a willingness to learn through both mistakes and breakthroughs. Every keyframe I create is part of a bigger picture I’m working toward—where technical skill meets soul.
