• I led large SAP ERP implementation programs of over USD 10 million each in consulting fees achieving the targets of margin contribution to the firm while contributing to the growth of the SAP practice in Brazil. • While mainly working with SAP ERP I also designed, sold and led the delivery of projects in IT Strategy, Software Selection and minor improvements for SAP clients.
• In the first years at EY, I led the IT part in large organization transformation projects like “carve outs” of parts of one large company and restructuring of one company with impacts on the IT systems; in all cases the SAP ERP was a central piece but not the only one or even the most complex in some scenarios. • I worked very closely with the leaders of the Technology Consulting area to support the high growth of the SAP practice, which was very incipient in January of 2016, when I joined EY. • My sales team obtained the best result among the regional offices of Sonda Procwork (RJ, MG, PR) in SAP license sales in 2006 and 2007. The best salesman on the team had the second highest individual result of SAP sales among all sellers in SAP sales channels in Brazil for two years, exceeding $2 million (US dollars) in SAP net sales in 2007.
