Jan. 2008 - Jun. 2008Direct responsibility for all aspects of branch administrative/financial processes and procedures, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
Proficient in all Association software, including Member ST, accounting, payroll, fundraising, MS Office.
Ensures Association policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to.
Trains, supervises and coaches support staff in the administration department.
Prepares financial/administrative reports due to the Metro office and prepares/distributes reports and information as appropriate within the branch.
Provides administrative support to ensure a successful We Build People annual support campaign. Active leadership in staff giving and membership/community/ branch board campaigns.
Serves as the branch human resource contact by preparing new staff packets and new staff orientation.
Serves as staff assistant to board designated committees providing meeting notices, packets and minutes.
Provides support/leadership to branch, district and association events as offered, such as Healthy Kids Day, Active Older Adults Day, branch family events, etc.
Promote and communicate the character values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith in all areas of responsibility.
