Scope: Business: Samsung Mobile, TV and Consumer Electronics Business Units (all segments) Locations: 4 Branch Offices (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal) & 5 Posts Team: Indirect: 7 Retail Managers & +20 staff (based remotely), Direct: 1 Senior Retail Manager Budget: Investment requests up to $4 million
KPIs: • Sales, Revenue and Profit Growth vs YA for all Product Launches (Mobile, TV, Consumer Electronic); final launch (A Series) achieved +61.4% growth in the low-end price band ($100-$200) in Q3 2019.
• Samsung Retail Store Launches (Business Plan, Contract with Partners, Design alignment, Execution)
• Data Collection: Retail Universe Survey and Retail Mapping completed for Ghana & Kenya • Field Force management (Contracts, KPIs, Incentive Structure, Performance Reviews, Trainings, Store Allocations, Selling aides, Marketing materials, Data Capture)
• Marketing & Retail Strategy development & deployment for all products, segments, channels, and markets • Marketing & Retail Assets design, development, procurement and delivery for all products, segments, channels, and markets (in English, French, Portuguese)
• Agency Management (Creative, Executional, Digital, Media, PR) including briefing, scope-of-work, agency selection, finalizing contracts, monitoring of activities, evaluation & terminations
• Local Budget Management ($400K/annum) as well as Additional Budget Requests to HQ ($4M)
• Input to Organizational Development & Design (Structure, Workflow matrixes, KPIs, JDs, R&Rs)
