I specialize in building digital marketing strategies and operations for businesses, utilizing automation tools, CRM, and dashboard creation. With over 10 years of experience at multinational agencies and organizations such as Danone and Carat, I've worked with a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, automotive, oil & gas, consumer electronics, fashion, FMCGs, banking, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications, and real estate. My clients have included Microsoft, MasterCard, Nokia, Total, Pirelli, Philips, Reebok, Kellogg's, Frico, AXA, and Vodafone. While my work has primarily been based in Egypt, I've also managed campaigns in other markets across pan-Arab and African countries. My last position was at Orascom Development Holding, where I acted as the Head of Digital Marketing of El Gouna; a coastal town on the Red Sea. During my tenure I have worked on a variety of projects such as creating a VR experience of the town, event and destination marketing, website and app development, among other things, however, my core responsibility was to generate leads and sales through digital channels (website, social media, SEM, El Gouna’s mobile app, and E-mail marketing).
