Feb. 2014 - Mar. 2016United StatesAssist with any and all IT services for clients including: backup and restore computers, removal of unwanted and/or malicious software; maintenance of computers (Servers, Desktop, Laptop, Workstation, OS, etc.); building new computers on customer order; instruction on usage of software (MS Office 2007+, Adobe products, etc.); installation and management of protection software suites (ESET, Malwarebytes, Norton, etc.) for home, office and enterprise deployments; travel to client's locations for on-site IT; install new IT solutions any deployment; and recover client's data from damaged systems as able.
General office duties also include: respond to client inquiries via email, phone, etc.; assist in maintaining inventory of parts on hand; input client data into company database; manage client hardware while in shop; create quotes, bills and other forms necessary for business; assist with development of new procedures, software, etc. as business grows; and manage shop and other employee's when necessary.
