• Partner with assigned departments to provide a high level of customer service while ensuring a clear understanding of individual hiring needs • Manage primary customer support activities including VMS training assistance, troubleshooting and support
• Manage and oversee performance of participating staffing vendors by conducting quarterly business reviews with each vendor • Log all customer reported issues in Salesforce.com and track resolution through to completion, ensuring a high level of detail • Create and maintain various reports for auditing and invoicing purposes
• Ensure compliance with customer procurement policies, guidelines and processes
• Conduct analysis, investigations, and resolve customer’s inquiries as needed
