Served as the Executive Officer of a 217 Soldier Headquarters Company, consisting of a Scout, Mortarand Medical Platoon, a Command, Staff, Fire Support, Communications, and Headquarters Section, and a Sniper Squad capable of world-wide deployment, and of conducting combat and COIN operations upon arrival. Responsible for assisting the Commander in supporting an 815 Infantry Battalion in full spectrum and COIN operations with a focus on urban and limited visibility operations. Responsible for the combat readiness, retention, welfare, morale, conduct, and force protection of the company and the well-being of their families. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating of training designed to develop leadership, cohesion, and tactical and technical proficiency within the company. Supervises and oversees the commander's maintenance, supply and logistical programs and ensures a high state of readiness.
