Nadya's experience covers a variety of areas, including accounting, PA, project and event management, language related studies (including linguistics, English literature and creative writing and French), functional anatomy, graphic design, and social media marketing. She has worked in both corporate and small business environments, but after discovering a passion for yoga, pivoted all her skills into her own yoga studio. For over a decade she would hone not only her skills as a movement teachers, but also developing training curriculums, managing personnel, running retreats and workshops, and marketing. After her studio closed during COVID, she pivoted her career once more, this time applying her love of writing to social media marketing, content creation, research, editing, and copywriting. Her innate skill at organising, planning, and administration, serves her and her clients well and she has been praised not only for the quality of her work, but also for her efficiency and work ethic. When she is not at her desk she is likely to be found in the library, practicing yoga, spending time with her family, or meandering through the forests of Cape Town.
