SCRUM master managing I. Serve Major Releases delivery. I. Serve is the in-house application used by the contact center customer service officers. The role is responsible for end to end engagement, delivery of I. Serve Major release (4 Major Release per year). The role includes mentoring the team on AGILE/SCRUM and make sure that best practices are followed. SCRUM Master for ANZ integration project (Lantern), the migration of ANZ customers into DBS across 5 countries. Currently Managing Lantern Indonesia I. Serve rollout.
I. Serve awarded as the best project for 2015 by Enterprise Innovation Awards Responsibilities: This is a SCRUM Master role. Main responsibilities include: Mentoring the team on Agile/SCRUM principles
Conduct SCRM trainings and workshops
Works closely with the Product Owner to finalize the product back log items, prioritization, story points derivations, estimations and planning
Mentoring Product Owner on Agile Values/SCRUM as they are in transition from the traditional waterfall approach Facilitate and conduct Sprint planning
Conducts daily SCRUM, Update the burn down charts Facilitate and conduct sprint retrospective and make sure the action items are taken care in the upcoming sprints
Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Deal with all project related escalations, and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels to resolve these in a timely manner
Actively monitor and report progress to all stakeholders in a timely manner by using a variety of formal and informal communication channels
