*Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Training • Coordinate the preparation of training plans, skills audit and checklist with the internal stakeholders and nominated trainees
• Inform nominated trainees about the training demands and other important aspects; including conduct of skills audit interviews and collation of checklist
• Assist the Specialist Organizational Development Manager in equipping the staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks. • Help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within their organisation. • In collaboration with the Consultants and Sales & Marketing Manager, create and tap new areas of partnerships for the company
• Identifies marketing opportunities by defining market and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
• Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organisation starting with the service providers of major hospitality industry players
