- Leading the global transaction processing platform strategy for LATAM flow, as well as the cross-team roadmap in 5 countries: USA, Sweden, Singapore, Mexico and India. Management of outsourcing and relationships with Acquirers, Gateways, Flags, Banks with an integrated roadmap. Main Achievements/Projects:
• Implementation of the Amex, Hiper, Hipercard and ELO brands in Brazil. • Implementation of installment payments in Mexico.
• SLA reduction in the resolution of problems in production (average of 56 days to 23 days).
• Implementation of automatic anti-fraud treatment which recovered an average of 2.8 million dollars per month in 01 year.
