– Developed a talent acquisition strategy for a complex business that simplified and centralized processes, improved time to fill by 400%, and delivered a $2M recruitment cost avoidance. – Led cultural evolution, developed a new HR strategy, improving engagement, resulting in a 60% reduction of total turnover, 70% reduction in voluntary turnover, and increased the number of women in leadership from 7% to 18%. – Developed and implemented a talent management strategy; created training and developmental plans, skillset transfer plans, and improved the succession strength index by 30% and the internal hire rate by over 75%.
– Sourced and led the HRIS transitions to a new digitalized HR process; implemented ATS, survey tools. – Co-led union negotiation strategy and secured almost 85 Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA’s) across North America. – Redesigned the communication strategy and led branding review; enhanced employer value proposition and employees' sense of belonging, increased recruiting success rates, reduced turnover, and improved visibility across locations. – Led executive succession planning, supported the transition of the retiring CEO, onboarded a new CEO, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales, and designed the VP of Sustainability role.
