TU Delft | Industrial Design EngineeringTeaching Assistent
Sep. 2015 - Dec. 2016Delft Area, NetherlandsMinors in the Bachelor’s degree programmes. A minor is a cohesive unit of modules worth a total of 30 ECTS (six months). The faculties of Industrial Design Engineering and Architecture and the Built Environment; developed this minor in order to offer both a broad foundation and in-depth knowledge of advanced prototyping. This provides insight into how and when these techniques can be applied in design processes. Working with Contact Jouke Verlinden and Martijn Stellingwerff was an honor. The both help exploring and learning all the accepts in this area. Modelling, Rapid Prototyping and the hybrids between physical and digital forms play an important role in many design projects. There is a demand for a broad, interdisciplinary foundation in this field from both students and the business community. The cycle between digital and physical involves numerous challenges and tricks.
The following will be addressed: scanning, reverse engineering, modelling, data massaging and 3D printing.
