• Ensuring policies, practices and procedures align with local legislation
• Advice on and improve internal processes for a better response to people queries • Advice & interpretation on latest legislation changes & obligations
• Conflict resolution, coach & advise leaders and staff on performance and talent management to support operations; direct involvement in critical HR matters and high risk ER cases
• Help coordinate roll-out of COE initiatives through active involvement
• HRIS implementation, transitioning from Action HRM & Pronto to SAP Success Factors EC, RCM, RMK & ONB modules and creating adequate training libraries
• Research and apply critical-thinking techniques in analyzing information and case management, identify interrelationships and make recommendations based on relevant evidence.
• Develop and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships with people and leaders, establishing trust for the HR\ ER transactional & ER\IR strategic support portfolio.
• Improve HR processes and systems to business needs to optimize and streamline input / output ratio; systems configuration & users support optimization
• Talent acquisition & partnering with business divisional line managers, provide consultation and advice on future hires, cultural alignment, utilization, progression
• Generate, analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels org distribution, turnover tracking, leave liability) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to people leaders and managers.
