City Cycle (project)UX/UI Designer Online Course Project
Jul. 2019 - Nov. 2019I helped a client reach their goal of increasing online bookings via their website by conducting UX research and implementing my findings to improve the client's existing website. Users were frustrated by the misleading and disorganized information architecture, which led to decreased online reservations. I did a partial site redesign to clarify navigation and developed the reservation flow while staying on-brand with the current visual design. I conducted usability tests and users said the online reservation flow was quick and easy to use.
