I also complete the monthly HMRC Instrastat for the foreign supplier invoices. I now assist in other areas of finance where necessary, as well as now being able to make bank payments and also posting current account payments onto Sage. I have also been given the task of calculating bank charges and exchange rate losses/gains from foreign payments to suppliers. In addition to this, from around March 2016 as a business we have acquired several other small businesses which has meant I now look after the purchase ledger for 3 businesses: LS Systems, Eco Electrical Building and Services Ltd and Do It Yourself Centre Ltd.
