Feb. 2018 - Sep. 2022Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam- Co-operate with Department Heads to build up annual workforce planning and recruitment strategy
- Conduct market research & internal surveys and build up benefit harmonization strategy to engage current workforce and attract talent pools for our business strategy
- Build the HR SOPs: transfer process between departments and between branches, promotions process, and onboarding process
- Partner with L&D to update Performance Appraisal and HR Development Plan and bring them to online versions
- Manage data of workforce demographics, retention ratio, and recruitment effectiveness and report to BOD
- Ensure to meet targets of Store recruitment & Office recruitment nationwide.
- Cooperate with Departments to engage staff and to manage turnover rate of Store staff & Office staff via data analysis & action plans. - Be a member of Corporate Culture Committee to sustain Happiness At Work (HAW) and to coordinate/manage Corporate Culture activities.
- Be a member of special Committee to conduct protective & preventive actions against Covid and other infectious diseases to ensure safe working environment at stores and office.
- Conduct HR projects such as Internal Employee Satisfaction Survey, Updated Employee Handbooks for Office & Store in English & Vietnamese versions, Updated Procedures of Transfer & Recruitments. First time successfully build up Internal Management Trainee Program.
