Nov. 2015 - Jun. 2016-Development of new employee hiring process intended to promote recruitment and retention and combat the hurdle that Utah's low unemployment creates.
-Development of relationships with management personnel to find previously unrecognized problem areas.
-Process Improvement development.
-Actively recruit to fill open within the group, and assist store managers with developing pay plans appropriate for the market, position, and the needs of the employment candidate.
-Developing Standard Operating Procedures to maintain training compliance over time and regardless of turnover.
-Management and implementation of HR Training requirements including anti-harassment training, customer information security training, effective leadership management training, red flag rules training and other employee training as required by law or determined by myself to be beneficial to mid to upper-level management.
-Management and implementation of manufacturer training requirements for 13 new vehicle franchises and negotiation with manufacturer representatives for monetary franchise bonuses contingent on the training compliance and train-ability of each store and its employees in a timely manner.
-Act as a human resources liaison for 250+ employees, and reporting of recurring employee concerns to the appropriate level of management with suggestions for correction.
-Reporting and monitoring turnover cost in comparison to increases in employee salary offerings.
-Assisting Marketing Director and General Managers of 6 stores with customer retention, sales training, and digital marketing initiatives.
-Regular reporting of turnover trends, costs, recruitment expenses, etc. in order to identify problem areas, and areas of improvement.
