Sep. 2011 - Jul. 2015LausanneDeliver the SpotMe service and work together with the client to propose, elaborate and deliver creative solutions that will lead to a flawless on-site experience that participants will remember. Frequently travel to event locations in Europe and more occasionally to Asia and the Americas. Tasks: • Handle event planning and pre-event design meetings, and process post event reports.
• Inspire the client to adopt meeting architecture best practices by proposing best-in-class meeting formats and interaction techniques
• Coordinate and working together with our development team (graphic designers and programmers).
• Lead the onsite SpotMe event team (from 2 to 10 members depending on the size of the event)
• Provide onsite staff, client and speakers briefings and deliver the tutorial presentations
• Manage relationships with 3rd party service providers and technology vendors
• Along with the Sales Manager, participate in the client follow-up process to generate repeat and new business • Regularly join other onsite teams in a support function Our average conference participants are CEOs, VPs, doctors, media leaders, scientists and airline pilots.
