• Provide detailed customer sales analytics to upper management • Maintain all monthly and weekly reporting for customers, inclusive of special promotions, order histories, and invoice data.
• Track the activities of sales staff to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Communicate with home office (located in Hong Kong) to convey details about samples processing times, deadlines, report changes
• Develop and implement new logistical procedures internally and externally for large accounts
• Act as the liaison for AGS sales to various customers including hospitals, labs and private medical clinics
