• Lead complex, high-spend projects and influence key stakeholders through all stages of capital procurement processes: Contracting Strategy, Bidder Identification & Prequalification, Bid Package Development, RFP, Bid Evaluations & Benchmarking, TCO, Negotiations & Contracting
