Key Duties • Identifying opportunities and deepening relationships with Step Change’s key group of high value and high potential clients • Management of junior members of the team (Client Success Coordinator, Strategy Coordinator) and Interns. • Engaging prospective clients through the sales journey, including qualifying, writing proposals/estimates and closing the sale • Coordinating roll out of business and marketing strategy plans within set timelines and budgets • Maintaining relationships with key decision makers in businesses from Managers to C-Suite
