• Providing coaching and guidance to employees on peer/manager conflict, corrective action/review dispute and policy education
• Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices and recommend or take appropriate actions to correct problems, including assisting and or advising management in the formal discipline or termination of individuals
• Ensures corrective/disciplinary actions are delivered consistently, fairly and legally across the enterprise.
• Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations peers, colleagues, managers, and human resource professionals
• Consults with other divisions such as legal, compliance, learning, benefits, compensation to ensure prompt and consistent resolution for associate concerns.
