Twice nominated for the Scottish Comedy award as part of an ensemble group, Charlie's team picked up the win for the online comedy sitcom "M.U.F.F" which he co-created along comedians Daniel Sloss and Tom Stade.
The second nomination was awarded to the viral "Bross Bagels" advertising campaign. Working with A-Listers
- Charlie fronted the in-house video team for the event "The World's Big Sleepout" in 2019, working alongside talents such as Will Smith and Dame Helen Mirren. - In 2016 Charlie had the honour of being invited onto set by Danny Boyle to shadow him and Anthony Dod-Mantle on Trainspotting 2. - Off the back of his documentary featuring local legend and T2 star, Bradley Welsh, the author of Trainspotting Irvine Welsh (no relation) wrote a personal review on the documentary holding it in very high esteem. Independent Successes - Charlie established a popular web series Media Mashups along-side co-director, Jack fox. It has been featured around the internet both independently and through platforms such as Unilad, Lad Bible, Rolling Stone, BBC the Social and more. It has amassed over 30k fans across social media. - Charlie is currently co-directing the indie fan favourite Chaos Rising, which has not only captured the fan's attention but has also become a cult sensation. Soon to be released in 2023. - Charlie co-created the online sitcom "M.U.F.F" which shook up the comedy circuit at the time of it's release. A sitcom which parodied a TV commissioner board, taking on the themes that currently face the networks today. The sitcom was produced independently despite it's star-studded cast as a sense of duty to release something unfiltered and untampered. - Charlie Produced a number of series during the Edinburgh Fringe which involved writing and creating mini comedy sketches with featured celebrity comedians, to boost awareness for their shows that year as well as entertain audiences on Youtube.
