Created, developed and implemented the User Manual and Training program. Designed several marketing flyers and promoted personal labels. Monitored several major accounts for the company and maintaining their several sub accounts and customers. Due to my extensive knowledge of company protocols, procedures and policies, I was able to handle majority of escalated calls internally and externally for customer satisfaction.
