I’ve worked on and in my own business for the last 20 years and have recently exited a highly successful advertising and marketing agency that started as a small challenger brand called NATIVE, and is now a 900 person leading agency, called VML South Africa, part of the WPP Group of Companies. My role has been diverse, including new business pitching, head of marketing, head of the Cape Town office, as well as team lead for the client service and project management teams. I've also co-founded two start-ups, where my primary role was investor and marketing advisor.
