I’m Carmen a Spanish woman living in Australia for The last 4 years , with a background in hospitality, customer experience and digital marketing, I am looking to transition into the world of remote operations, guest experience and property management. One of my biggest achievements was progressing from having no previous barista experience to becoming a Supervisor in under 10 months, which reflects my adaptability, initiative and strong work ethic. Alongside my hospitality experience, I have also worked on personal and freelance projects involving social media, Shopify management, content creation and customer communication.
