Jørgen Hauge Skogmo is a technology-driven development leader with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, drone systems, and prehospital decision support. With a background bridging cutting-edge tech innovation and real-world emergency services, he specializes in integrating AI solutions into critical domains such as search and rescue, air ambulance operations, and real-time airspace monitoring. Jørgen works as Head of Developmment at NLAT, where he led the creation of AI-powered systems for real-time stroke detection, thermal signature analysis, and edge computing using drones with IR/RGB sensors. He has designed end-to-end solutions for georeferenced detections from helicopters and autonomous platforms in SAR missions.
