For more than 25 years I have worked in financial sector, in customer care and debt collections area, managing compliance (internal audit), targets (in terms of recovered amounts, accounts worked/hour/collector, saved balances, etc.), human resources (in terms of capacity planning, recruitment, training & coaching, people & teams coordination, incentive, rewards & recognition programs, etc.). Even though the domain I'm working in has continuously provided me with challenges, I want to expand my know-how field using what I have learned, in order to improve knowledge in other areas. Therefore, over the past 10 years, I have focused my activity on my personal development and on training and coaching. I have a degree in Law and Psichology, a masters degree in human resources and I have continuously enroled in various personal and professional classes and workshops in order to stay on top of the newest trends in my fields.
